Black Sugar Rib Company founder Nolo, is the son and apprentice of Hollywood’s legendary Grill Master Indolfo, aka, "The Meat Whisperer." Nolo’s love of meat, and let’s get real, love of eating GREAT meat, translated to Black Sugar Rib Company, where great meat is made! We understand that food is personal and appreciate you letting us be a part of that moment. Above all else, we strive to ensure every client’s experience was worth every penny of their hard earned dollar.
Black Sugar Rib Company takes pride in using only the finest meats and ingredients. We offer meaty pork back loin ribs, pulled pork, hot links, smoked chicken, homemade BBQ sauce, and a range of sides that complement our smoked meats. Our house specialty "Sugar Chips" are spicy, yet sweet peppers that sass up our dishes, and pair especially well on our pulled pork sandwiches. Our recipes are proprietary, and do NOT contain any MSG, HFCS, Liquid Smoke or any other un-natural ingredients.
